Rooms are newly refurb but some important amenities are not functioning in our occupied room like telephone line is out. Location is good peaceful but not recommended for the tourist area, stiff entrance and quite far from other tourist spots (mines view park ,is only the nearest spot? Service is so poor! Staff are so beginners and didn't know how to handle customer relations! We arrived at 10am but we were admitted around almost 4pm! How cruel and stupid these staff are!?

Booked for three beds. However. My family noticed Cat poop on the floor, Filthy comfort room, broken tiles with black dirt in between . Dysfunctional ref, telephone, kettle. Reception Staff was accommodating but untruthful to his words . He assured me that with these complaints, We will be transferred to the same 3 beds room we earlier booked. Only to find out, that we were transferred to a two beds room with functional kettle, tel., ref BUT no hot shower. Guests are allowed to smoke on the drive way area, a non smoking zone. I won't recommend this..

first class of customer service, with suite all have big windows of gorgeous sigh seeing which the guests are being surverged within an atmosphere of relaxing feelings, especially,the hotel is located at a uphill location around Mines View Park that offers guests a bird's view to see the cloud seas and foggy pine trees at the deep valley in Baquio City, Philippines. Awesome !

Absolutely terrible! When we check in we wanted safety deposit box. No batteries so did not work Noisy all night as about 40 OGT workers gathered under window in driveway to talk Breakfast stone cold every day and of 5 selections many not available Sink in bathroom leaked and. No bathmat When we checked out asked for money for small wine stain of terrible towel Room not cleaned daily On check out asked for corkage charge for bottle of rum in room All in all just a clip joint and money grabbing hotel
